Co-founder

  • Caroline is a further education trainer, consultant, coach, lecturer in group dynamics, employee motivation, organizational culture, leadership and strategy, researcher, speaker and writer.

    She has a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Lausanne and has worked as lecturer and researcher at the University of Lausanne, the University of Geneva, the EPFL, l’école Hôtelière de Lausanne, Glion Institute of Higher Education as well as Les Roches International School of Hotel Management.

    Caroline has been working on the Suisse-Romande FORDIF program (UNIGE) since 2016, training school leaders in management, leadership, strategy and organizational change.

    Her experience teaching and coaching on Master and Bachelor programs in international business schools as well as in the European branches of two top US universities has provided her not only with an in-depth knowledge of working with different cultures, but also hands-on practice applying management and communication skills to different industries, including hospitality and tourism, design, communication and engineering.

    In addition to her extensive experience in higher and further education, she has also over ten years of experience teaching in Swiss professional schools.

    Caroline has led and been involved in more than 50 research projects, both applied and fundamental. She is an author on over 20 fundamental research papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has presented research at over 60 scientific conferences. She has been an invited keynote speaker at multiple international events.

Co-founder

  • Christiane is a versatile professional with a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of digital education. She wears multiple hats, including that of an entrepreneur, a researcher, project manager, lecturer in digital education and educational leadership, speaker, and writer.

    She holds a Ph.D. in Education, specializing in educational technologies, from the University of Montreal (Canada) and University of Geneva (Switzerland). Her passion for learning and academic pursuits led her to attain a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Lausanne, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's in Humanities from the University of Geneva.

    Currently, Christiane serves as the head of the Service for University Didactics and Digital Skills at the University of Fribourg.

    Her career has taken her across continents, working as a researcher and lecturer at esteemed institutions in Switzerland, such as Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), University of Geneva, and University of Teacher Education (Hep Vaud,) as well as in Canada at the University of Montreal and Teluq University. She began her professional journey as a teacher and deputy principal in secondary and higher education.

    Christiane has been involved in over 20 research projects focused on teacher and school leader training, coaching, change management, and innovation in education.

    In 2018, Christiane founded CC EdTech Inc., a consultancy company dedicated to digital education and educational leadership. CC EdTech Inc. has played a pivotal role in supporting experts, professionals, EdTech companies, and ministries of education in enhancing their organizational digital capacity. Over the years, Christiane has successfully led and collaborated on digital transformation projects in educational institutions across Europe, North, Central, and South America, as well as Asia. Her work spans both the public and private sectors, addressing the needs of K12 and higher education.

    In 2022, CC EdTech Inc. underwent a transformation, welcoming Caroline Pulfrey to the team, leading to the birth of LeaderTech.

    Christiane is also the main author of the book "Développer la stratégie numérique d’un établissement d’enseignement en cinq étapes" (2023) (Developing a digital strategy for your educational organisation) and has authored more than 20 research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
